Now that you've had a chance to take a look at a few of the root causes of your past conflicts its time to create a rememberance of who you truly are and what you really want and why?  This sounds basic, and I'm glad it does, because most of us wont even do this.  This is where we can get caught up in the quick fixes in life that tactical items rather than understanding those 3 fundamental key factors.  This section is about getting to the core of what fuels you.  If you get this part wrong then nothing you do from here on out will ever feel right.  In actuality if you are truly looking to truly come alive and thrive then you're gonna need to connect with you heart, the place where the real you and your inspired purpose will be found.  When you get this right and get Mind, Body and Soul aligned with your inspired purpose your energy will be activated and you FEEL alive once again.

Generalizing can lead to delusion.  We say we know who we are, and what we want and yet something seems to be missing.  We chase the title, the money, the things and even achieve much of what we set out for.  However at some point these things can become insatiable and trivial.  We may even feel more empty and less fulfilled.  Its in our REMEMBERING that all suffering stops the moment you realize who you truly are.  We are all trying to remember that one thing that will set us free and bring us more aliveness in life.  Heres what I've come to know that which you are looking for is what you are looking with.  Your creator has imbued you with all you need.  Its inside of you where its always been.  Remembering is power.  Its where we will begin...
